Fall Heating Maintenance Visit
- Full heating system inspection
- Gas leak detection and safety checks
- Gas valve and gas pressure inspection/adjustment
- Carbon monoxide safety inspection (checking for cracks or failures)
- Airflow testing and balancing
- Filter replacement
Spring Air Conditioning Maintenance Visit
- Indoor coil inspection (internal condition check)
- Condensate drain line inspection
- System start-up and operational check per manufacturer specifications
- Refrigerant level and leak inspection
- Outdoor condenser cleaning
- Only applicable to Single Family Residences
- In the event of early termination prior to the completion of annual term, the member is still responsible for payment of full membership fee
